Inktober 24

Most of my inktober illustrations were places from the Phyebwa world, this one is from another and also from another story. This is city Urg, placed under this globe which keeps the air inside breathable and protects the people from radiant storms. Up there, there is a roayal palace made fo gold, where lives the old emperor - he breathes the purest air and eats how much he wants, unlike the people under, who often don't have how to feed their families and suffer from diseases caused by the smoke from factories.
